Thank you for your interest in off campus housing with RedStone. Each student and Guarantor must complete an Online Application. There is a $75.00 per student non-refundable administrative fee. All information pertaining to your completed application will be held strictly confidential. The application process is as simple as this:

  1. Complete and submit your STUDENT application
  2. Have your Parent or Guardian complete the GUARANTOR application
  3. Electronically sign your Lease Agreement

** Please note, each Student and Personal Guarantor must complete the application process PRIOR to a Lease Agreement be sent to solidify housing. Until a lease is signed by all parties in your group, housing is NOT guaranteed.

Completed applications are processed in the order in which they are received. Delay or failure to complete any part of the application process may result in loss of housing. This applies to ALL applicants in your group.

If you have any questions about the leasing process, please contact our office via email to leasing@redstonepm.com PRIOR to submitting your application OR signing any paperwork. Once signed, a Lease Agreement is a legally binding contract.

Student Housing Requirements

During the application process, you must complete all sections of the application and provide a copy of your state issued Photo ID or Passport. All students are required to have a Guarantor; this can be a parent, legal guardian, or otherwise qualified individual.

If you are a scholarship recipient or receiving financial aid to assist with housing, you will be required to have the University Bursar’s office complete a verification form.

Agency Disclosure

Our Company provides rental services for property owners. We represent their interests in all rental transactions. Rental units are offered to the best qualified applicant and not on a “first come, first serve basis.”
