Online: Request help with routine issues online through the tenant portal. Please note that online maintenance requests are only monitored during business hours Monday – Friday 9AM – 5PM. Click the link below to log in to your portal and submit a new maintenance request. Describe thoroughly what the problem is, what you’ve already done to mitigate the problem, and include pictures when possible.
Over the Phone: If you’d prefer to leave a message with our maintenance department, please call (336) 792 6757. If you have a maintenance emergency due to a significant water leak or your home is uninhabitable, you will have the option to contact our Emergency Maintenance Line.
*Issues or damage including plumbing stoppages caused by the tenant’s negligence or misuse is the tenant’s responsibility. In such cases, repairs will be made, but the tenant will be charged for the cost of labor and materials.
