Resident(s) are required to complete and submit this form within five (5) days of key pick-up.
Property manager will use the information in this form during the post-move-out inspection to determine if any of the resident’s deposit will be retained for cleaning or repairs after move out.
This form is not to be used for general maintenance items. Please use our online tenant portal to submit maintenance requests or contact our maintenance department at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Inspect each room thoroughly including walls, windows, doors, floors/carpeting.
- Check the condition of all blinds, tubs, sinks, appliances, cabinets, outlets/switches and bathroom fixtures.
- Note any missing or broken components.
